Much goes into the management of any office. Bills must be generated. Bills must be distributed. Payments must be recorded. While many offices and businesses now send electronic bills, some still send print mail statements. While there is no question that electronic billing services are better for the environment than traditional paper billing, some customers do not have access to billing services provided digitally.
